a la carte breakfast prompt service small room missing plug
The location is very convenient for sightseeing. breakfast is a la carte. I found the food delicious and the service prompt.
the room was quite small and lacked drawer space. also, the bathroom sink did not have a plug, hard to use.

mixed feelings about the room and breakfast setup
cramped room restrictive breakfast
The room felt cramped despite being a "beautiful double room". i found limited space for my belongings, such as drawers or adequate hanging space. (i ended up living out of my suitcase). the breakfast process was also annoying. I had to reserve a specific time each day. it definitely affected my overall experience.

excellent hotel experience
helpful staff breakfast variety
the staff were helpful with directions and recommendations. the room was clean and well maintained with fresh towels daily. breakfast included a variety of options with attentive service ensuring i had everything i needed for a good start to the day.
the elevator was small it could only fit a couple of people with luggage at a time leading to short waits especially during peak hours

nice touch fantastic selection great cleanliness
The staff provided milk for tea in my room, a very nice touch. breakfast included a fantastic selection. the cleanliness of the hotel impressed me. It was super clean. (i'm a bit of a clean freak!). i also noticed the hotel kept nice and warm, very welcome after a day out.
i found the air conditioning wasn't as effective as i hoped. the room felt a bit warm, especially given the weather. it made sleeping a little uncomfortable.

room cleanliness central location
i stayed in a superior double room. The ROOM itself was very clean. I liked that the location was convenient. Everything felt close by. The staff proved attentive and always ready to assist.
security felt questionable. i had an incident. i would have liked a better resolution from management. it soured the otherwise pleasant stay.

private car airport trip small elevator dangerous step
the staff communicated via message prior to my stay to ensure my needs were met (which was a nice touch). upon arrival, they booked a private car to the airport for my return trip.
the elevator was small. the bathroom was down several steps from the bed area. this could be dangerous if one had to use it at night, so i left the lights on (i am clumsy).
